  1. I visited the 5th & Madison project today and I was blown away by the views. I didn’t feel like I was in Seattle anymore, Seattle is really growing up. If you want a home that feels like you are in the center of a Metropolis, 5th and Madison is the place to call home. There are a couple of affordable developer owned units available on the lower floors and several stunning homes available above the 12th floor, clearing the Seattle library next door with tower lighted skylines and some peak a boo like Sound views. I was there to visit the only penthouse left in the building. Pretty cool, coming in at around 1.9M, mostly unfinished. More closest space than I’ve seen in most downtown new developments, which is a plus. The Williams Marketing staff was great there too, very organized.
